I was starting build up a bit of momentum going regarding the Neuro Arts until I shared the drama of a dark situation turning into light due to an unexpected event – our boiler breaking down (HERE). Now, let’s dive back into the fascinating world of Neuro Arts or Neuroaesthetics. Currently, I’m in the process of preparing a presentation for my professional mental health organization on this intriguing subject. I aim to explore the research, my own clinical case examples, as well as personal and social experiences that demonstrate how engagement in the arts can improve health and mental well-being.
