Research demonstrates that starting and ending the day with gratitude can improve emotional well-being, boost optimism, and create a positive mindset.
Do this exercise daily for the next week to see how your mood and interactions improve! Upon awakening, think of 4 people (entities) you're grateful for, and what they did. Begin with:
A gratitude to G-d or your Source. Then, a loved one, then a stranger, then Yourself.
Visualize each one with an inner smile of gratitude as you stretch and get out of bed.
